1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use craked.dev. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account & Authentication

You sign in using GitHub OAuth. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account, since it controls access to your craked.dev profile.

3. Your Content

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your profile (bio, role, products, links). You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content, or content you don't have the right to share (e.g. product links or logos you don't own).

4. Public Profile

Your profile, Cracked Score, and listed products are displayed publicly on the leaderboard and your profile page. By using the platform, you consent to this public display.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate your Cracked Score through fraudulent GitHub activity
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform's APIs
• Use the platform to harass, impersonate, or infringe on others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems

6. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any profile or content that violates these terms, without notice, and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Disclaimer

craked.dev is provided "as is." Cracked Scores are an approximation based on public GitHub data and are not a certified or comprehensive measure of skill or output. We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, craked.dev and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time via Settings or by contacting support@craked.dev. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
